Pomegranate Bio

Jolly Red, Wonderful: pomegranates have a round shape with a hardy, leathery skin.
The interior has a spongy membrane containing ruby coloured fruit.
It is an excellent source of vitamin C and group B, potassium and large quantities of antioxidant polyphenols.

Harvest period: from October to November
